Noble Nest HOME handles real-estate inquiries through kontakt@noblenest.pro. The full legal identity and registration details of the responsible entity remain under verification and will be supplied before a contract or payment. This notice does not certify completion of that verification. For STAY/RENT, use the separate policy at stay.noblenest.pro.

Website forms collect the name, email, phone, budget, preferences and message you choose to provide, and may record campaign/source identifiers. Email, WhatsApp and Meta comments or direct messages also contain your profile/contact details and conversation. Website hosting records technical access logs. Do not send passport scans or financial documents through inquiry forms.

We use inquiry data to answer you, prepare requested offers and maintain the CRM record. This is processing to take steps at your request before a contract, or our legitimate interest in handling correspondence where applicable. Optional marketing requires a separate applicable basis; an inquiry checkbox is not consent to advertising cookies. A subscription to a requested notification can be withdrawn by emailing us.

Authorized staff and service providers for hosting/email (Hostinger), our internal CRM and automation/inbox infrastructure (n8n/Chatwoot), and the communication platform used by you (Meta/WhatsApp) may process the relevant data. Automation can use AI providers, including Anthropic, for a draft response to public comments. Do not submit sensitive documents for AI processing. Actual provider contracts, subprocessors and international-transfer safeguards remain subject to verification; we do not claim that all data stays in Thailand or that those checks are complete.

Google Analytics and Meta Pixel have been disabled on this website pending the privacy and consent review. Links to external social platforms and WhatsApp are governed by their own policies when opened. Essential browser preferences may remember the language or theme. Previous analytics cookies may remain in your browser until you clear them; this website no longer starts those trackers.

Inquiry records are retained only as needed to handle the inquiry and applicable obligations. The existing inquiry retention limit is 24 months from last contact unless a legal obligation requires longer. Contracts, accounting records, platform histories and backups may have different retention requirements; their documented deletion schedule is under review. This notice does not assert that automated deletion is already implemented.

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object where these rights apply, and withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. Contact kontakt@noblenest.pro. We will assess requests under the applicable deadlines, generally one month under GDPR with legally permitted extensions. You may complain to the relevant authority, including Thailand’s PDPC or an EU supervisory authority when GDPR applies. GDPR applicability depends on the activity and territorial scope, not citizenship alone.

Prices, availability, title and return figures must be confirmed for the specific unit. Calculators are scenarios, not a promise of income or proof of completed legal due diligence.
